“ Just visited this location and Jim, the manager, took my order and was terrific! From the time I first entered the store, I could hear him greeting other customers, and he was extremely pleasant. I had the same experience. Also, you could tell that his friendly manner is infectious as the staff members I encountered had the same pleasant demeanor. I had specific details for my order that he was able to ensure were delivered accurately, and also was helpful when discovering that Panera no longer offers the bowls to recommend something very similar. In reading the most recent reviews on this location , I saw a number of lower ratings And can say that I had the polar opposite experience. Perhaps Jim is new management for this location? Regardless, I had a great experience. ”
“ Updated 1222024 they continue to provide a clean and friendly dining experience. I enjoy coming here for lunch. Food is tasty and tables, chairs, carpets always clean. Original review I visit different Panera in this area quite regularly and this one in Fishkill is by far the best. The one in PoughkeepaieWappingers on route 9 near the Galleria Mall is always dirty floor and tables. The one on Rte 44 in Poughkeepsie is generally clean but employees are not happy like the ones in Fishkill and the atmosphere is not good because of it. Clearly the manager in Fishkill is doing something right!! ”
